Consultant Business Transformation (m/f/d)

Join our Regional Management Team and actively shape the future of our Eastern European subsidiaries. You will drive strategic projects and business transformation—from optimizing financial structures and addressing tax-related topics to identifying and implementing how AI can generate real business value. This is the job:

• Project Management: Take ownership of projects across the region, structure complex topics, keep stakeholders and timelines on track, and prepare management-ready presentations.
• Business Transformation: Drive strategic and operational initiatives in our Eastern European subsidiaries, from transformation programs to performance improvement, in close collaboration with local management.
• AI Implementation: Identify and prioritize AI use cases with our local teams, support their implementation and scale what works.
• Develop your profile: Depending on your interests, take on further topics such as deal and portfolio management, controlling, supporting transactions or country responsibility.
• Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships with local management, colleagues in Hamburg and the EOS Board.

This is what you bring to the table:

• Degree: You hold a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Professional experience: You have several years of project experience, ideally gained at a leading strategy consultancy or in an in-house consulting role.
• Analytical mindset & Drive: You structure complex issues, work confidently with data and derive pragmatic recommendations – and know how to translate them into meaningful action.
• Finance background: You have a solid understanding of finance and controlling and feel comfortable with P&Ls and business cases.
• AI affinity: You have a strong affinity for AI and ideally hands-on experience in applying it to real business challenges.
• Languages: You are fluent in English; German or other Eastern European language skills are a plus.
• Mobility: You enjoy international collaboration and are open to monthly business travel within the region.
