Senior Cyber Security Architect (m/f/d)

As our Cyber Security Architect, you take technical ownership of information security across the EOS Group. Working at the intersection of global cloud infrastructure and local IT landscapes, you define security standards, drive best practices, and ensure our architecture keeps pace with growing demands.

This is the job:

• Ownership of the group-wide technical cybersecurity architecture across our Cloud- & On-Prem enviroments
• Development of best-practice guidelines and maintenance of our group-wide security controls catalog
• Conducting technical security assessments of existing infrastructure and deriving actionable remediation measures
• Driving the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC), covering pipeline security, code security, and third-party/library security
• Evaluating and developing the security architecture and managing the complexity of our group structure
• Close collaboration with IT leads and local IT managers to challenge technical decisions

This is what you bring to the table:

• Several years of experience as a Security Architect or as a highly experienced Cloud/Cyber Security Engineer
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS; Azure experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Secure Software Development Lifecycle, pipeline security, and application security
• Familiarity with relevant frameworks and standards (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.)
• Strong technical communication skills - able to engage with various stakeholder at eye level and translate complex technical matters into clear, digestible insights
• Experience with M365 and Power Platform is a plus
• Fluent English required; good German language skills preferred
