Become part of our international Group HR Team with colleagues in Hamburg and Budapest, which acts as a global HR umbrella for our 25 EOS countries and also serves as a strategic advisor to the EOS Board. With targeted initiatives in Executive Development & Recruiting, Organizational Development and People Analytics, we support the success of the EOS Group.
This is the job:
- Project-orientated work: You will contribute and lead various projects and initiatives, mainly in the fields of ESG and EU Directives. With your expertise and attitude you will develop practical and hands-on solutions.
- International Scope: Collaborate closely with HR teams and top management across our international entities and our Holding to address governance-related questions, ensuring solutions that balance compliance standards with local operational realities.
- EU Pay Transparency Directive: As an initial priority, you'll collaborate with team members to advance the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive across relevant EOS countries. This will involve analyzing data, refining existing processes, and adapting strategies to ensure our compensation practices are compliant and pragmatic.

- Demonstrated experience in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, enabling you to bring practical insights and rapidly adapt to new topics and international challenges
- You are committed to pragmatic solutions, eager to engage in hands-on work, and possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset that drives effective decision-making at all levels.
- Your analytical skills allow you to identify root causes and present actionable insights that enable informed decision-making across the organization.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German language skills are a plus.
- You are proficient and comfortable using Excel, familiarity with the EU Pay Transparency Directive is beneficial.
