(Senior) HR Manager – Compensations & Benefits (m/w/d)

​​Become part of our international Group HR Team with colleagues in Hamburg and Budapest, which acts as a global HR umbrella for our 25 EOS countries and also serves as a strategic advisor to the EOS Board. With targeted initiatives in Executive Development & Recruiting, Organizational Development and People Analytics, we support the success of the EOS Group. In the role of (Senior) Consultant Compensation & Benefits, you will play a key role in ensuring that our compensation systems are fair and effective!​ 

This is the job:
  • Directive Implementation: Drive the hands-on implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive across all EOS countries. You will develop actionable strategies, tools, and processes in collaboration with your team mates to ensure compliant and pragmatic compensation practices. 
  • Hands-on work: Perform detailed analyses of compensation structures in specific countries. Identify discrepancies and develop practical solutions to promote equitable pay practices. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with HR teams and top management in each country to facilitate a smooth implementation process of the EU Pay Transparency Directive. Utilize your persuasive skills to advocate for pragmatic solutions that address both compliance and local needs. 
This is what you bring to the table:
  • Demonstrated expertise in compensation structures, benefits administration, and labor laws, with a strong familiarity with the EU Pay Transparency Directive. Experience in executing hands-on analyses is essential. 
  • You are committed to pragmatic solutions, eager to engage in hands-on work, and possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset that drives effective decision-making at all levels. 
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data sets and present actionable insights that support informed decision-making across the organization. 
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German language skills are a plus.
