At EOS, you take ownership of complex transactions and manage international investments with strategic foresight. This is the role:
- Drive complex transactions – You will take full ownership of structured and unstructured transactions, from structuring and financial evaluation to implementation.
- Integrate new portfolios – You coordinate the onboarding of newly acquired portfolios and ensure seamless integration into existing structures – in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and international partners.
- Manage international investments – You oversee and further develop our investments in multiple countries (e.g., Greece, Poland), working closely with local consultants and co-investors.
- Lead contract and valuation processes – You manage valuation and contract processes with precision, providing solid decision-making bases for management and our investors.
- Enhance performance through numbers – You analyze relevant KPIs, optimize existing processes, and continuously evolve our portfolio and transaction management standards.
Your profile:
- You bring several years of senior-level experience – ideally from a Big Four firm or within financial services.
- Transactions, portfolio management, or valuation are part of your daily toolkit.
- A CFA or equivalent qualification is a strong plus.
- You communicate confidently – nationally and internationally – and combine analytical thinking with excellent communication skills.
- You are fluent in English and comfortable interacting at senior management level.
- You demonstrate strong self-leadership, accountability, and the ability to navigate complex international environments with a solution-oriented mindset.
- You are open to regular travel within Europe and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced international setting.
