Senior Consultant Country Management Western Europe (m/f/d)

The EOS Group is a leading Investor and Asset Manager in the European NPL and Credit investment space. You will be a part of the Country Management of the Western European region. Together with our Team we thrive to engage with our regional subsidiaries to manage the financial planning and reporting process and support in the day-to-day management. In your role as Senior Consultant you will take responsibility for the financial development, preparation of investment decisions as well as all governance related tasks and duties for the biggest subsidiary of the region (France) and potentially further countries. You will work closely with the French team as well as different holding functions to achieve these goals and develop your skills in the space of country management.

This is the job:
  • Country Management: Share responsibility for the financial development of our regional countries and build strong relationships with our management and colleagues both in our headquarter and locally.
  • Financial Management: Support companies in the preparation of reporting, budgeting and annual financial statements in accordance with Local GAAP and IFRS.
  • Valuation Projects: Take part in valuation projects for the acquisition of distressed unsecured and secured loan portfolios, real estate, and companies (M&A).
  • Develop your skills: Build relevant knowledge in financial management and project management.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to leverage synergies and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
This is what you bring to the table:
  • Bachelor’s Degree: You hold a  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Master’s Degree (preferred)A MBA or a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field will be advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Professional experience: You have strong financial expertise with 3 years of experience with financial statements under (preferably) IFRS as well as with the preparation of management accounts, reports, and preferably experience in preparation of investment decisions.
  • Personal Development: You have the ongoing desire to develop your own skill set as well as professional network with the aim of building your own career within the company.
  • Languages: You speak English fluently. Fluency in German as well as strong French language skills will be advantageous but not required.
