This is the job:
- You keep an eye on current threats and vulnerabilities and draw attention to appropriate countermeasures.
- You will evaluate and help improve our security measures cradle-to-cradle in all phases of the lifecycle of IT systems, from design over implementation, operation, modification down to decommissioning and replacement.
- In addition, you will advise on resilient design of IT systems (security-by-design / default) as well as appropriate technical measures according to best practices and the state of the art.
- You transfer national and international compliance requirements to technical security measures in an international environment of 24 European markets.
- With your technical know-how, you support the design and improvement of security guidelines and standards for hybrid infrastructures.
- You will work in the CISO team and help us design the future security architecture and provide consultancy along with advisory support for the implementing teams.
This is what you bring to the table:
- At best, you have successfully completed your studies and several years of relevant professional experience. Career changers with the appropriate qualifications are very welcome!
- As an IT generalist, you bring broad knowledge in the infrastructure areas of network, e-mail, storage, platform operation and container technology.
- You consider yourself a curious consultant with a high service mentality and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- Appreciative communication and team play with a wide variety of (international) divisions sounds like fun to you! And you don't lack assertiveness and resilience when it counts.
- You speak and write English fluently – we do not require high proficiency of German skills!
- Experience with hyperscalers such as AWS, Azure as well as knowledge of software development, DevOps, DevSecOps, secure software development is a plus – but not a must!
