What does a Call Center Agent do at EOS?

EOS Serviceline is the EOS Group specialist in receivables management over the phone. As a Call Center Agent, you contact our clients’ customers and agree on payment plans with to suit both parties – dealing with customers respectfully and on equal terms, at all times.

During the induction period at our Berlin, Potsdam und Kamp-Lintfort call centers, new employees receive full training to equip them for their varied responsibilities – regardless of whether they are experienced call center agents or joining EOS as a newcomer to the sector.
