What does a Call Centre Agent do at EOS?
EOS Serviceline is the EOS Group specialist in receivables management over the phone. As a Call Centre Agent, you contact our clients’ customers and agree on payment plans with to suit both parties – dealing with customers respectfully and on equal terms, at all times.
Love telephoning? No doubt you are a friendly, empathetic person to talk to? With a pleasant and clear speaking voice? Then our Call Centre wants to hear from you!

During the induction period at our Berlin, Potsdam und Kamp-Lintfort call centres, new employees receive full training to equip them for their varied responsibilities – regardless of whether they are experienced call centre agents or joining EOS as a newcomer to the sector.

At our EOS call centres, there is no such thing as overtime. Our working hours are scheduled four weeks in advance and via an app. This means you can swap shifts with colleagues simply and directly – Enabling you to both plan and remain flexible.
