The Strategy & Consulting division devises IT strategies, IT product development schemes and IT investment portfolios, both internally and for our clients. Two basic principles apply for us at EOS. Firstly, we actively seek close collaboration with the other Technology Solutions divisions within the company. And secondly, we believe in consistent representation of our clients’ interests. The Account Management department bridges the gap between the two sides. Account managers support clients with order clarification, analysis and design. In addition, they are entirely responsible for the planning and reliable completion of projects.

Our key strength is being able to recognise typical dependencies, anticipate problems and solve them with our own independent, neutral approach.

In the International Consulting & Collaboration area, we connect our employees across different locations and countries. Our ideas and tools make interaction easier and simplify work processes between companies and colleagues as well as within projects.

In this way, we create the basis for successful cooperation within EOS companies and provide the desired solutions for internal Group customers.
